Before we have bid off your vehicle, your deposit is refundable.
However if we have already bid on your vehicle and could not bid off, the
bidding cost for the auction will be deducted from your deposit when we
refund your deposit.
Also bank charge for the refund will be deducted from the deposit.

As we sometimes import vehicles from foreign countries, we know you are
anxious for sending deposit for us unknown company.

Your deposit is not refundable when we could bid off your vehicle.

After we received the balance, we will ship your vehicle and send the B/L
for you by EMS or DHL.
